My next door neighbor planted this shasta daisy, Leucanthemum x superbum ‘Crazy Daisy’, in her garden, and I’ve been enjoying it for several weeks now. This is a strong-stemmed, mop-headed daisy that lasts for about 6 weeks and grows well to approximately 24″-28″ in heavy clay. As with all white-flowered perennials, it positively glows in the evening, so if evenings are the primary times you have to enjoy your garden, plant plenty of white flowers.
